We offer free delivery on all orders delivered to a Singapore address.In Singapore, your order will be delivered with full tracking information. Once your order is shipped, the estimated delivery time is between 2-3 business days.
International shipping orders will be sent via our shipping partner DHL from Singapore with full tracking information. Once your order is shipped, delivery is estimated to be made within 3-5 business days of its ship date for Express shipments. Rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible.
International shipping can be really expensive, but we are happy to absorb some of those costs. For orders below US$200, we subsidise shipping by US$10. For orders above USD$200, shipping is subsidised by US$20. These subsidies have been applied to your shipping cost at checkout and no action is required on your part.
We cannot be held responsible for any possible taxes, customs and import duties and, which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price and are the buyer's responsibility. Delivery will vary based on location, customs rules and environmental factors.

Our packages don’t include return slips. Just contact us with your order number, a brief explanation of your return, the products you’d like to return and we’ll take care of the rest.
All returns must be processed within 14 days of receiving the order.
Items must be returned with the original tags intact and unworn. We will not accept returns or exchanges for items that are damaged, soiled, worn or washed.
Please note that sales items are final.
Pack and seal your return items securely in a secure package. You can return using any secure means, but we will not accept liability for lost shipments and/or item(s) that are damaged during transit. All returns must be postmarked within 7 days from processing your return. You may mail the package to:

You will be notified by email once your return has been received and verified. Upon acceptance of the returned items, we will credit your refund in full to the original payment method. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund to be processed due to varying processing times between payment providers. Original shipping charges and/or custom duties and sales taxes are non-refundable.
